Responsibilities
- Determine the annual and monthly sales volumes with accuracy based on the kind, location, and grade of equipment.
- Create detailed plans to guarantee income development, such as determining the target clientele by geographic area.
- Visit potential clients to pique their interest in starting or growing a sales operation.
- Travel is prospect- and deal-specific. The growth of new business and the upkeep of acquired accounts are prerequisites for travel.
- Daily pricing recommendations should be made in order to complete the asset sale and lease to the company.
- Give clients thorough explanations of the equipment that is being sold, frequently elaborating on specific line items from the most recent Equipment Exchange Receipt.
- Create transportation plans to relocate equipment to customer demand locations. Calculate the applicable moving expenses in consultation with staff at headquarters.
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 4 years of equipment sales experience in shipping / martime industry.
- Candidate with experience in container leasing is advantageous.
