Overview:
The Service Executive is an important representative of our restaurant at Dempsey Hill and is responsible for ensuring warm and lasting impressions with our customers through excellent communication and sincere service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operations:
-Managing reservations through the various channels and ensuring guests are well accommodated
-Providing a warm welcome to guests at the restaurant
-Managing walk-in guests and table reservations
-Ensure good turn over of tables and maximise covers during each service
-Provide excellent and eloquent service of food and drinks
-Ensure smooth and polite payment process
-Build lasting rapport with guests
-Ensure cleanliness and high hygiene standards of all service areas
-Ensure orderliness of the restaurant and the interior decor and greenery is beautiful for guests and customers
-Help with other service areas like waitressing, preparation of beverages, and stewarding as and when required
