Your key duties/tasks for this project include:

• External Coordination & Keeping Track of Milestones: You will support the Team Lead on the necessary operational actionables and follow-ups with the appointed Vendor - including scheduling meetings/check-ins, sharing the collated Customs’ materials and information for further processing etc. You will closely monitor the agreed-upon project timelines and milestones and flag potential delays/adjustments to the Team Lead for further action.

Job Summary:

The Account cum Admin will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's administrative and accounting processes. This position involves managing daily financial transactions, handling office administration, and supporting the management team with organizational tasks. Accounting Duties:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
• Handle GST submissions, payroll, and CPF contributions
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions when necessary

Administrative Duties:

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and general maintenance.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for documents and records.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
• Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records and handling onboarding.
• Handle general correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and improving administrative and financial policies.
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles (1+ years preferred).

Maintenance:

· Troubleshoot equipment related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
