Job Scope

Understand and be able to explain to customers the range of Jewelley the company has to offer

Promote the various products, services and schemes to customers

Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction

Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed

Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom

Develop and maintain good customer relationship and database

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial reports for all units of SG and compliance with relevant accounting standards
• Prepare and review monthly performance report, analysis of accounts, quarterly and year end management / statutory reporting
• Ensure all regulatory reporting and filing obligations are met, including liaison with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory authorities on internal and external audit matters
• Oversee various aspects of business operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and risk management
• Implementing internal controls,identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to optimize business performance.
• Work closely with frontline managers on day to day operations and provide technical expertise and advice on financial and related matters
• Assist on implementation and minority of internal control procedures
• Perform any other ad hoc from time to time as assigned .

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance, Business Administration or holds a professional qualification in Accounting e.g. ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. Understanding of Financial and Management accounting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing supplier’s invoices and intercompany invoices.
• Ensure all payment procedures are adhered.
• Maintenance of Cash Books and monitor cashflow.
• Accrual of expenditure and journal entries.
• Balance Sheet schedules update.
• Month end closing process for AP.
• Validation and arrangement of staff claims.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Accounts Payable

• Ensure timely payments of suppliers’ invoices.
• Following up on outstanding items on clearing creditors’ aging and bank reconciliations

Miscellaneous Payments

• Ensure timely payments of monthly miscellaneous payments.
• Intercompany settlement.

Month End Duties

• Check and reconcile Statement of Accounts against Creditors’ Ledger.
• Prepare accounting schedules.
• Check Bank Reconciliation.
• Accrual of expenditure and journal entries.

Staff Claims

• Validation and tabulation of staff claims for month end accrual and payout.

Our Art Studio is located in PLQ Mall (Paya Lebar MRT) and Star Vista (Buona Vista MRT).

We conduct art classes for all ages and retail of art materials.

We are looking for one sales staff who can work 4 OR 5 days every week. One of the days will be a weekend. 1-2 day in Star Vista, the other days in PLQ.

Candidate must be comfortable doing sales, speaking with customers.
