You will be the evangelist of our SaaS solutions platform for Real Estate and SME Businesses. You’re also very strong at outbound sales calls and passionate about technology on how its solving issues faced by SME clients. You are also able to communicate how technology efficiencies can bring greater value to our target clients. SCOPE

The Sales Coordinator is in charge of the office organisation. Assists in all administrative matters related to the Sales & Marketing department.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES

• Support Sales & Marketing colleagues in their day to day activities and to assist them in achieving their personal and team objectives
• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with purchase orders
• Manage and update inventory according to office and department’s operational requirements
• Compile and submit monthly reports, requisitions and statistics
• Maintain department’s operating manual, including policies, procedures, rules & regulations
• Ensure efficient liaison with sister hotels, including the distribution of our sales correspondence and collateral to other hotels
• Assist with the co-ordination of direct mail campaigns on behalf of sales and marketing, labelling, data collection and distribution of mail items.
• To handle incoming calls and enquiries promptly and according to operating standards
• Conduct telesales research of existing/new clients within set guidelines
• Assist in administrative duties such as preparing meeting minutes, project coordination, travel arrangements etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in hospitality, business or related discipline
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Has excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment with good problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Possesses professional disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude.

1. Customer Experience

• Greet customers immediately upon entering and exiting the store
• Create a positive first impression for the customers
• Create a clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards
• Provide customers with current and relevant product information
• Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers promptly, maintain cash wrap cleanliness
• Attempt to style the customers and add on to the sales

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in fashion/ apparel retail, preferably from known international brands
• Proactive, adaptable, service-oriented
• Passion for the fashion & luxury goods sector, willing to learn and go beyond the extra mile
• Good command of English - written & spoken, additional language skill is an advantage
• Some scheduled shifts may require standing for a min. of 8 hours - can be on weekends (rotation basis)
• Scheduled shifts may require standing for minimum of 6 - 8 hours
• Occasionally require some heavy lifting of over 30 pounds especially during new stock arrivals/ change of season's collection
