- Drive strong sales growth to achieve sales and profit targets within assigned territories, industries, and channels.
- Identify and develop new distributors in designated areas.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, direct customers, purchasers, and end-users.
- Deliver sales and product training to distributors and end-users.
- Collaborate with key customers and distributors to plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional programs aligned with company goals.
- Recommend effective pricing strategies for all product lines.
- Collect and analyze market trends and competitor information.
Job Requirements:
- A highly sales-driven individual with strong self-motivation and a passion for increasing sales, coupled with a desire to be rewarded for success.
- Proven experience in sales is essential; prior experience in chemical product sales with a regional sales focus in Southeast Asia is highly preferred. Experience in the marine, oil & gas, or industrial sectors, as well as distributor management, is advantageous.
- Regional sales experience in Southeast Asia is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A strong belief that sales is a numbers-driven field, with achieving targets as the ultimate goal.Responsibilities:

- Propose effective pricing strategies for all product lines.
- Gather, assess, and report on market trends and competitor activities.
Job Requirements:
- A highly motivated, sales-driven professional with a passion for exceeding sales targets and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven track record in sales is mandatory; experience in chemical product sales with a regional focus in Southeast Asia is highly desirable. Experience in the marine, oil & gas, or industrial sectors and distributor management is an advantage.
- Regional sales experience in Southeast Asia is strongly preferred.
- Outstanding selling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- A firm belief in a numbers-driven approach to sales, with target achievement as the top priority.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel overseas when required.
- Must be comfortable to travel overseas if required.
