Job Description & Requirements

If you believe you could lead and has the drives and dynamic with good motivation for sales and planning, we want you especially those with experience in M& E consultant and also in interior designing, lighting and BMS industry

Responsible for identifying and securing new clients and maintaining all existing clients to ensure sales targets are met

Responsible for sketching out an effective sales strategy for the company and seeing to it that it is properly implemented

Responsible for developing tactics of sales and promotion and administrating the entire sales department by designating different duties to different individuals or members of the sales team.

To communicate with target clients and to ensure maximum return from the products/services

Responsible for setting sales targets for return, profitability and also sales growth and ensuring the short term goals are met for making way for meeting long term goals as well.

He/She must take the responsibility of the profit or loss faced by the company and troubleshooting in case of any difficulty or challenge faced by the sales department

Responsible for increasing the market share and work towards the maximization of the busienss opportunities and business development activities.

To act as sales manager to maintain and update weekly sales report on all sales activiies like meeting, sales opportunities, projects and forecast to take appropriate actions in ensuring effectiveness of activities.

Able to monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and newsletters.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma certificate or Degree with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience

Possess excellent written and verbal command of language in English and Chinese and presentation skills

Positive attitude and prepare to go the extra mile to success

Self-driven and results oriented with ability to take pressure

Relevant experience in Lighting, Electrical and Automation, BMS industry preferred

Possess a valid class 3 driving license

Being energetic and postive drive and a motivator!R

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to parents and students, answering inquiries about courses and schedules.

• Manage enrollment processes, student records, and class timetables efficiently.

• Support sales efforts by following up with potential clients, coordinating trial lessons, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

• Handle administrative duties such as preparing materials, scheduling appointments, and assisting teachers with classroom needs.

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
