• Ensure all export shipments are being processed on time
• Communicate export requirements with both internal and external customers
• Troubleshoot any issues related to export shipments
• Ensure timely billing for all assigned customer invoices
• Ensure all export documentation is prepared on time for transfer to the terminal and pre-alerts are sent before flight departure
• Liaise with the transport team to meet customer service requirements and expectations
• Monitor and update daily flight uplift status
• Track and update the export shipment issue log
• Prepare 8D/CAR reports as needed

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in air export shipment will be advantageous
• Singaporean or PR only
