· Responsible for the performance outcomes of In-house website & e-commerce platformsuch as Lazada, Shopee and any other future platforms
· Expected to work closely with a team of Ecommerce, Marketing and Operation Team to ensure digital strategies & Operations are effectively integrated
· Executing customer order fulfilment, coordinating order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
· Resolving any operational issues arriving from online marketplace
· Day to Day management on ECommerce Platforms, including listings, submission of promotions/campaigns, store layout and monitoring of data
· Liaise and work with Key Account Managers from different Ecommerce Platforms to achieve targets
· Regularly update on progress, upcoming promotional strategies and post-campaign feedback/review
· To work within budget and to achieve the best possible results
· Support Customer Service Team in resolving any customer’s feedback
· Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and competitors’ activities
· Other ad hoc projects assigned
· Minimum Diploma & above
· At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the eCommerce/sales industry
· Proficient in MS office application
· Sense of Ownerships, Self-motivated, Problem-solving, Interpersonal, Team-player and Communication skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
