• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively internally and externally are necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of meeting deadlines through initiative and a proactive approach is required.

• New clients onboarding, including training and other initial deployment related works
• Customer success, maintaining a good relationship with existing clients, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Account servicing, conduct refreshment training, support and troubleshooting
• Attending to client’s inquiries timely and promptly
• Gathering requirements and feedback on products, and working closely with the Product Team to continuously improve the products
• Seeking for opportunity for renewal and upsell, prepare quotations, and ensure timely payment from clients
• Lead customer management analysis with internal stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are achieved

About The Job

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the institutional clients throughout the APAC region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for execution of sales strategy, business development and marketing of the company’s e-FX Solutions to the targeted clients.
• Drive the process from originating new client opportunities and ensuring smooth rollout to successful commercialization.
• Build effective relationships with the clients to develop revenue opportunities and to deliver a high quality of service.
• Source and establish contact with prospects through referrals from existing clients, your internal relationships with other channels.
• Work and coordinate with various departments such as IT, Dealing and Operation to service clients’ needs.
• Work with Risk Management team to manage clients’ margin requirements and maintenance, while observing risk exposure with close monitoring.
• Participate in the company’s marketing activities and work on a team level to identify new opportunities.
• Provide feedback on customer demand and make recommendations to drive product innovation.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant majors.
• Must possess locally required licenses.
• Min 5-7 years sales trading / dealing experience with institutional clients or institutional sales experience preferred.
• Preferably with a good track record in sales and customer acquisition experience.
• A highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and the ability to deliver targets.
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization.
• Ability to focus and prioritize the key initiatives across a broad range of opportunities and relationships.
