• Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters (both Singapore and overseas) including but not limited to the preparation of directors’ resolutions, assisting in the organizing of papers for board meetings and preparation of board minutes, Bizfile+ filings with ACRA and release of SGXNet announcements

• Ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are met

• Registers and minute books and database of corporate secretarial precedents are updated

• Liaise with auditors and other stakeholders for information and documents

• Preparation of XBRL in full set

• Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze post-event feedback to enhance future events.
• Contact and source for business opportunities with businesses.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple events and tasks
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing event requirements
• Experience in event planning or sales is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
