We are looking for someone to assist the building of the brand and social media management for our merchants!

You will work directly with the operations team to bring marketing ideas to life and liaise directly with our retail partners to coordinate deliverables.

What are you supposed to do?

• Maintain our online social channels and digital presence (Instagram, Linkedin, website etc.)
• Create content for our online social channels (Design curation, event photo taking, social media captions etc.)
• Develop content strategies to enhance brand awareness; monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine efforts for better outcomes
• Collaborate with our Merchants to coordinate deliverables and ensure timelines are achieved
• Work closely with the design team to ideate and propose creative solutions tailored to client requirements; ensure timely communication and coordination between clients and the design team.
• Provide feedback to the design team to ensure customer satisfaction and brand alignment.
• Support in operational matters and events

Are you..

• Proficient in written and spoken English?
• Comfortable with interacting with martners/clients?
• A digital marketing lover (or least a fan of it)?
• Excited to attend events and decent at photo taking (the bar for “decent” is really low)?
• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Photoshop etc. (this adds brownie points but isn’t a requirement!)?

Day-To-Day Duties

· Assist the site operation team on the daily cleaning operations

· Upkeep the cleaning standard as per contract requirements which includes executing proper cleaning techniques, in term of cleaning of toilets/ offices/ common areas/ hospital treatment area/patient room cleaning & etc assigned by the site supervisor

· Provide quality service to client and attend to complaints/ site issues

· Learn to operate/ manage technology (if any) at certain sites, eg. Robotic, quality audit system, smart toilet system monitoring/ reporting

· Follow cleaning schedule assigned by site manager and ensure the job complete according to site requirement/standard.

· Handle site inspection and paperwork as per site request

· Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving and growing company revenue.
• To develop new business and increase customer base.
• Identifies marketing opportunities of new customers.
• Participate in site showaround and be involved in tender and procurement.
• To prepare & monitor sales volume and revenues on a regular basis.
• Follow-up on sales enquiries email.

Requirements

• Possess at least a diploma in Civil Engineering or or relevant filed .
• Knowledge of basic engineering drawing.
• Preferably with prior experience in similar capacity in Architect firm and/or construction industry.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• A strong sense of achievement and motivation to excel in Sales.
• Able to speak fluently and write well in English and Mandarin (to handle queries and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking clients)
• Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

Business Development & Sales Executive

• To develop new business opportunities through extensive networking.
• To capture market share and work with team to lead the Company to a strong leadership position in corporate collaborations, partnerships, tourism retail, CNY events etc.
• To achieve contact and collaborations with the different stakeholders in the corporate, tourism retail and CNY events sectors.
• Generate revenue from the contacts in the extensive networking, including through upselling and cross-selling to the different contacts in your networks.
• Planning and arranging contracts for the collaboration partners.
• Work with team to plan and execute tactical campaigns to drive product awareness and outreach
• Work with team to ensure consistency and accuracy in brand identity and brand and product marketing.
• Partner with strategic alliances such as banks, tel-cos, corporate companies and content partners to create awareness for brand to secure sales in the identified markets.
• Work closely with Offline and Online Platforms, ecommerce marketplaces and other e-commerce players to market and distribute our brand and products
• Monitor & track campaigns performance
• Ensure accuracy of online content for all our products
• Provide market intelligence on overall ecommerce and business trend of the region
• Timely & accurate execution of pricing changes via the channel managers
• Meet set sales targets.
• Work with team to update weekly, monthly sales reports and assist with annual report preparation.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Business Development and Sales.
• Preferably have experience in events management.
• Strong team player with initiative and high level of dedication and ability to perform under pressure.
• Able to cope well in a dynamic and challenging work environment as well as with stress and demanding work schedules
• Ability to work independently and completes given tasks with minimum supervision required
• Self-motivated with the ability to identify business development opportunities and strategies and campaigns
• Confident, meticulous, independent, creative individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness
• Highly motivated and well organized with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work towards tight deadlines
• Has excellent command of English (written, verbal and interpersonal), and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong in Microsoft Office is a must.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is preferred.
• A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience

Working Days/Hours: 5 days week

Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
