E-Marketing Strategy Planning:

• Work closely with the Commercial Manager in developing and overseeing the online retail strategy for Singapore and potential new markets in Asia Pacific across all channels to drive business growth.
• Support the development and execution of comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing revenue and engagement across the customer funnel.
• Plan, develop, and implement strategies to attract and retain online customers, ranging from the running of customer engagement activities, improvement of customer journey on eStore and development of new content to boost conversion rates.
• Conceptualize and create engaging content (including copywriting) for organic and paid acquisition channels, such as digital ads and EDMs.
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities.
• Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs, media titles, other brands, as well as other stakeholders from conception to execution.
• Responsible for monthly reports analyzing brand and competitor performance, offering insights and identifying growth opportunities.

eCommerce Channel Management:

• Manage the day-to-day operations on eStore and marketplaces, including the updating of storefronts, order fulfilment and resolution of customer enquiries and other issues.
• Update and maintain eCommerce content, ensuring all pages, products & prices across all platforms are accurate and updated at all times.
• Plan and execute tactical offers / mechanics / promotions to support key campaigns on platforms.
• Develop and manage livestreaming campaigns on TikTok and other platforms, including the engagement and maintenance of relationships with content creators.
• Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot issues faced on eStore, optimize user experience, and evolve the backend operating system.
• Analyse and review product & campaign performances to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in working with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and eStore – with a proven track record in driving and growing eCommerce revenue channels.
• Familiarity with the usage of Shopify to manage eStore is a plus.
• Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, paid media tools, and digital analytic tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly management reports for entities under the Private Mobility Group
2. Prepare monthly accounts, including the preparation and post of recurring journal entries
3. Perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet and follow up with variance explanations and resolutions
4. Prepare GST return, corporate tax and deferred taxation and liaise with tax agent to ensure timely filing
5. Engage with external financial auditors and resolving audit, tax and accounting queries
6. Prepare cash flow projections and coordinate inter-companies confirmation within the group for payments and receipts. To work out borrowing requirements and placement of excess cash with holding company
7. Provide sound support to the business stakeholders of the Group
8. Ensure that processes and systems are running in an effective and efficient manner
9. Assist in preparation of annual budgets and presentations
10. Assist in testing activities for the new financial system implementation
11. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant with at least a degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification

2. External audit experience with Big 4 a plus

3. Advanced Excel and Power Point

4. Experience in SAP and BPC would be highly advantageous
