Key Responsibilities

· Markets Opportunity Analysis: Identify growth opportunities, evaluate market potential, and analyze competition within Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Oceania for ARKRAY’s product range in Diabetes, Urinalysis, Point-of-Care Testing, and Veterinary Diagnostics.

· Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute tailored sales strategies to drive growth across assigned regions, ensuring ARKRAY products meet the needs of various markets.

· Distributor Relationship Management: Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing distributors, ensuring successful sales performance and revenue growth.

· Partnership Expansion: Identify and establish new distributor partnerships in both established and emerging markets to expand ARKRAY's footprint.

· Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the key point of contact for distributors, working closely with internal teams (Regulatory Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Logistics, Service, etc.) to streamline the sales process and resolve any issues efficiently.

· Market Intelligence s Travel: Conduct regular business trips to maintain and strengthen distributor relationships, and gather valuable market insights to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications Experience

· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device or IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry.

Responsibilities:

• Able to meet and exceed sales revenue targets
• Able to create sales strategy and plan
• To Identify target customers and develop customer channels and networks
• Able to design and propose sales pricing model
• Able to have a good grasp of sales in different market and country of business, and their respective needs and constraints, necessary for global sales operations.
• To maintain current accounts, create new business opportunities and work closely with global customer networks
• To establish good rapport, and work with relevant stakeholders to meet their business objectives

Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering background, IT or cloud services preferred
• You have a minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in a connected mobility domain
• You have the experience in cloud services industry
• You understand the concept of Agile Software Development
• You have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify effective and efficient solutions for complex problems and look beyond the obvious
• You have the ability to Identify problems analytically, develop solutions and implement an effective course of action
• You are assertive and a hands-on professional, who thrives in a fast-paced, change-rich environment
• You have the ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders including customers, product management, and system development team.
• Your experience to work closely with system development team is desired.

We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares, organises and manages customer quotes, billing and follow-up with customers.
• Works closely with internal teams to solve problems and respond to customers' requests and queries.
• Responsible for handling escalated phone calls, complaints, and other situations.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records, and quotation database to ensure consistent and timely monitoring of works.
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
• Ensure data accuracy in quotation and billing.
• Develop monthly sales reports/updates.
• Stay up-to-date with new products, features and potential customers.
• Point of Contact for internal meetings, sales events and liaison for customer visit(s).
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (Experience in the construction industry will be advantageous)
• Able to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment
