• Act as the Named Company Secretary (CoSec) for client companies, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements.
• Negotiate and secure sales of corporate secretarial services.
• Schedule, attend, and prepare minutes for Board and Board Committee meetings.
• Handle all corporate secretarial tasks, including regulatory filings and client queries, promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct customer due diligence and risk assessments while ensuring timely billing for non-routine work.
• Lead the team by sharing best practices, guiding the preparation and review of corporate documents, and providing mentorship.
• Oversee support staff’s work, providing regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure professional development and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

• A degree holder or professional certification in chartered secretaryship.
• Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in corporate secretarial work, including as a named company secretary.
• Strong experience in an outsourcing or service provider environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-service mindset.
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to take on duties beyond the job scope when necessary.
• Exposure to the investment or financial industry is an advantage.
