Job Description

• Responsible for Identifying new accounts and qualifying new inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• In charge of running customer calls to qualify potential opportunities and set introductory meetings for the Sales team
• In charge of working closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, improve lead qualification and lead scoring
• Responsible in developing strong sales and product knowledge
• Responsible in partnering closely with Sales to strategically penetrate key accounts
• In charge of updating lead and prospect activity to ensure effective lead management

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Minimum 3 Years of working experience in Automotive/ Tech Industry as inside sales

What you'll be doing

• Assist the full spectrum of HR and administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage work pass applications, issuance, renewals and cancellations ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in the recruitment cycle from job posting and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including database management and proper filing of personnel files.
• Administer training programs, including coordination of course enrolments, tracking of training progress, and maintaining training records.
• Monitor company vehicles service record and insurance, medical insurance, workmen’s compensation and office administration tasks.
• Assist in planning and organizing company activities, including team bonding events, staff gatherings, and annual events.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR and Administrative functions.

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree or qualification in Human Resource or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resource role, preferably within the construction industry
• Familiar with employment rules and regulations as well as HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
• Able to respond to the changing needs of the workforce and business environment.

The incumbent will lead in establishing the patient counselling department including managing health claim assessment and handle administrative duties.

In addition, this role will also work with the senior management in implementing the accounting and administrative functions of the group.

Financial counselling

Understand claims policies and preauthorisation procedures of participating panel insurers.

Establish workflow for consumers and internal staffs in preauthorisation of Guarantee of Payment (GOP).

Implement application architectural specifications for internal staff (using Vlookup)

Review existing processes and implement initiatives for efficient processes.

Correspond with insurers for renewal of contracts or new sign on.

Communicate effectively with third party insurers, external stakeholders (eg. CPF board or hospitals) for claims resolution

Respond within service level agreement to ensure timely approval of GOPs.

Financial Administration

Submit E-CLAIMS through Mediclaim portal in accordance to Medisave regulatory requirements.

Ensure all claims comply with MOH and CPF requirements.

Check and ensure claims payment from various institutions are tallied with no discrepancies

Fill and organize all related documents, ensure accuracy and done in a timely manner

Be abreast with industry changes on regulatory compliance, fee changes and updates on submission portals.

Undertake any duties as assigned by Senior management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in insurance claims handling or related fields
• Insurance industry knowledge and certificates (e.g. Certificate in Health Insurance)
• Proficient with Microsoft excel (Vlookup)
• ⁠Is a team player
• Attention to details; strong analytical, organisational and time management skills

• Perform general administrative and operational duties.
• Maintain and update service provider and client records.
• Manage paperwork and handle formalities related to claim matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
