Responsibilities:

1. New product planning:

• Analyse industrial trends, market data and customer insights to derive constructive ideas and information for the purpose of NPD.
• Define product competitive positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).

2. New product development (NPD):

• Responsible for entire NPD process; from concept initiation to completion, for both new product and reformulations.
• Take the lead in close collaboration with cross functional teams such as Regulatory, Marketing, Supply chain, Contract manufacturers, R&D and Quality, for seamless on-time delivery of products.
• Source for contract manufacturers and liaise with formulators to develop new product; be the main contact point with these suppliers for NPD/ formulation discussions.

3. New product introduction:

4. Post-launch product management:

• Analyse product performance and identify actions required.
• Manage product feedback and propose technically sound customer-centric reply.
• React to necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) raised by Quality.

5. Contribute for and implement standard procedures (in compliance with industrial standards and QMS requirements) for any product development and management activities or as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Support internal and external communications for TRCL Group initiatives and projects.
• Draft and edit marketing collaterals, media releases, and social media content.
• Assist in managing TRCL Group’s social media channels to maintain cohesive branding.

• Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects;
• Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration;

Expertise and Qualities:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience.

• Very conversant with and able to direct or carry out site inspection, site progress documentation, including resolving problems and issues that arise during construction;
• Ensure good project document control;

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements:

· Min Diploma Holder

· Proficient in spoken English & Chinese

· At Least 3 Years Relevant Working Experience

• Oversee tenant leases, ensuring all documentation is completed and maintained accurately.
• Act as the point of contact for tenants, addressing lease-related inquiries and issues.
