What's the role?

As a key member of our APAC Sell-side Solutions Sales team, you'll be responsible for sales of the suite of solutions under the Bloomberg MARS and BVAL OTC offering. You'll work closely with clients and prospects to gain a clear understanding of their business needs, build strong relationships, and provide consultative solutions.

You will have a broad knowledge of fixed income and derivative markets, with a solid grasp of the regulatory landscape. You will be comfortable engaging with a range of players across organizations from banks, securities houses to interdealer brokers and exchanges. You’ll be familiar with their technical architecture, data flow, systems and workflows: who uses what and for what purpose. You'll be a good listener; able to demonstrate a genuine interest in our clients. • Demonstrated work experiences advising or adhering to regulatory requirements, with strong understanding of sell-side and risk management workflows and concepts such as, Credit Risk, Market Risk, XVA, VAR etc.

Your Responsibilities: -

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or other communication channels, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer portals are up-to-date and accessible.
• Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
• Oversee marketing-related purchase orders and invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment.
• Manage customer complaints, coordinating with relevant teams for quick and effective resolution.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities such as promotions, events, and product launches.
