Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing all sales and tender-related documentation, cost estimates, and material submissions.
• Create sales quotations and proposals.
• Provide both sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Coordinate with factories to gather necessary documents, ensuring all submissions are complete and submitted on time.
• Help the sales team respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues where needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
• Manage the sales order process, from quotation and sales order to purchase order and delivery order.

Requirements:

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in project management or sales support.
• Strong affinity for working with numbers and proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Diploma in Business Management or Electrical Engineering.
• Goal-driven and detail-oriented, ensuring the delivery of accurate information.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Lighting Simulation Software (Relux/Dialux EVO) is a plus.
