Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Due to business needs, we are now recruiting a (Senior) Accountant to be part of the Accounting team for expansion.

The Duties of Senior Accountant:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including month-end closing procedures, audits, and annual reporting for a portfolio of clients.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and forecast cash flow to maintain financial stability.
• Manage payroll operations and assist in budgeting and cost analysis.
• Prepare and file corporation tax, employer tax, and GST returns.

Desired Experience

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel, XERO, MYOB. Payday and any other accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.

Desired Qualification

• Diploma/degree in accounting with minimum of 4 years of full spectrum accounting and tax compliance experience, preferably from related industry.
• CPA / ACCA or its equivalents is a plus.

• Responsible for the financial accounting work of subordinate companies, including daily accounting work, vouchers preparation, preparing statements and analysis

Qualifications

What you'll do:
