Treasury

• Monitor hedging, monthly intercompany netting and confirmation

Tax/ GST reporting

• Preparation of submission of GST returns
• Tax preparation and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA Level 2 or degree holder.
• Minimum with 3-5 years including accounting and operations experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application especially in Ms-Excel & Ms-Word.
• Meticulous, organized and ability to handle multi-task in a dynamic/fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the financial team in analyzing and controlling manufacturing costs, setting up accounting processes and systems, and ensuring accurate cost reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of cost accounting principles, manufacturing processes, and ERP system implementation at an operational level.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Analysis & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze production costs, variance reports, and profitability.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and analysis to support management decisions.
• Develop and maintain accurate product costing models, including standard and actual costs.

Inventory & Material Cost Control:

• Track inventory movement and ensure accurate valuation.
• Monitor material usage and wastage to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and conduct periodic stock audits.

System Setup & Maintenance:
