Job Summary:
We are seeking a Course Operations Executive to manage the course run management process within our organization. The Course Operations Executive will be responsible for planning and reviewing course run schedules, overseeing facilities where classrooms are used for classes, monitoring class sign-up rates, providing insights and recommendations for class closures or changes, issuing incentives when appropriate, and collaborating with centers to make informed decisions based on follow-ups. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our course offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Schedule Management:
Plan, review, and manage course run schedules to optimize resource utilization.
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Facility Management:
Oversee the facilities where classrooms are used for classes, ensuring they are well-equipped and suitable for learning.
- Collaborate with facilities teams to address any issues or improvements needed.
Enrollment Monitoring:
- Track and analyze class sign-up rates and enrollment trends.
- Provide regular reports on enrollment data to relevant stakeholders.
Course Optimization:
- Provide insights and recommendations on whether to close classes or change course titles based on enrollment and performance data.
- Implement changes as approved.
Incentive Issuance:
- Evaluate and recommend incentive programs to encourage class sign-ups and retention.
- Issue incentives to eligible participants according to established criteria.
Collaboration with Centers:
- Work closely with centers and regional teams to make informed decisions regarding course operations.
- Gather feedback and follow-ups to inform scheduling and resource allocation.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in course operations.
- Implement best practices and streamline workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in course operations, course scheduling, or a related area.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
