Looking for a competent, self-driven product associate to join the Digital Currencies product team who is passionate about the potential for Digital Currencies to disrupt and innovate payments. The Role Responsibilities
Business
• Contributing to the Digital currencies strategy, roadmap and operating plan
• Supporting the Digital currencies team on executing the digital currencies strategy and operating plan
• Researching potential digital currency and sustainability use cases leveraging blockchain technology, crypto, eFiat, tokens, coins, purpose coins and other digital assets including the Regulatory responses and pronouncements related thereto.
• Helping to evaluate and prioritize new product and services opportunities and develop a business case for them including the governance aspects of SCB in Tech, Ops, CFCC, across all PRTs.
• Working with the Digital Currencies team and wider product teams to develop prioritized opportunities from concept through to the execution of a proof of concept
• Supporting the Digital Currencies Product Manager, Product Development, Governance and technical teams on the delivery of Digital Currencies projects
• Supporting the Digital Currencies Product Manager on the commercialization of Digital Currencies initiatives, with specific emphasis on the internal risk, tech, ciso and domain architecture approvals.
• Joining client meetings to discuss co-creation opportunities for Digital Currency use cases
• Researching and joining meetings with potential partners to discuss Digital Currency collaboration opportunities
• Monitoring the constantly changing and fast moving world of Digital currencies and providing updates to the Cash team with the latest news, whitepapers etc.
• Providing education sessions on blockchain and digital currencies to the wider global cash team to upskill digital currencies knowledge within the bank
• Leading the co-ordination of regular newsletters on digital currency news regarding what is happening in the market and what the bank is doing
• Developing and maintaining an internal web page and information depository on Digital Currencies
• Contributing and helping to co-ordinate thought leadership whitepapers on Digital Currency topics.

The Company

The Role

Reporting to Director of Finance, you shall ensure the overall effective financial management, planning and reporting for the Group to support business growth locally and globally. Responsible for the flow of financial information to the board and executive team and where necessary, external parties such as investors or financial institutions. Ensure the timeliness of financial reporting per various regulatory requirements, such as the SGX, IRAS and ACRA.

You shall lead a sizeable team in finance (local and oveseas) to diligently review reports on corporate earnings, profits, cash flow taxation and other financial matters. Formulating financial strategies and plans for the company (including subsidiaries and associated companies) as per directives sat by the Board of Directors or the Executive Director. Evaluate the investment climates in the regions that the company has vested interest and/or has expressed an interest. • Track and report on sales and financial performance, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to management. Ensure precise sales forecasting, pipeline management, and P&L accountability to facilitate strategic planning and optimal resource allocation.

• Identify and assess potential business opportunities in underserved Southeast Asian markets, creating entry strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales in data centres will be highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L within regional sales operations.
• Excellent knowledge of power protection technologies (e.g., DRUPS, UPS, diesel generators, modular power infrastructure solution).
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience in regional sales operations.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and P&L.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
