Job Description

• Investment Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and refine the investment strategy for APAC, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader corporate goals and evolving market conditions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, industry specific certifications such as CFA are a plus
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in core valuation, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, investment analysis, project development with a strong preference for a background in renewable energy investments.
• Proven track record in independently sourcing, structuring, and leading high-value investment transactions, particularly within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Deep experience in energy project finance, including a strong understanding of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), energy market regulations, government incentives, and financial structures within the renewable energy landscape.
• Specific experience in the Energy or Infrastructure sector, particularly renewable energy, is required. Experience working in key APAC markets such as India and the Philippines is highly preferred.
• Detailed understanding and experience in raising and executing limited recourse financing, including structuring complex financing solutions for renewable energy projects.

JOB PURPOSE

As a lead in the GC&B team, with the support of a small team, plan and formulate C&B programmes and policies at the Group level for all Non-Medical Job Family Groups, so as to support NHG Group and its institutions in attracting, motivating and retaining the right talents to support business strategies.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

C&B Partner

• Act as a key partner for all Non-Medical C&B work, including working directly with both internal and external stakeholders. This includes work with Ministry on key sectoral C&B alignment, salary review, policy and cost matters relating to non-medical areas.
• Work together closely with site HR on any policy change/deviation request to understand institutional needs and find solutions taking into consideration the system-wide impact. Review/propose recommendations and follow through to get necessary approvals from Senior Management
• Provide guidance on interpretation of C&B policies and practices. Provide consultative support and work with institutions under the NHG Group to roll out C&B programmes

General C&B

• Manage C&B projects for Non-Medical family groups end-to-end, conceptualise, simulate and implement strategies and manage change management.
• Stay abreast of compensation developments for healthcare, and economic indicators to support C&B strategies and initiatives. Keep abreast of local C&B best practices and legislative changes to ensure compliance.
• Work closely with Policy team on review of Group HR policies and HR information systems to ensure alignment with changes to C&B programmes
• Anchor job evaluations and job levelling exercises for NHG
• Manage Collective Agreement Negotiations (2-3 year once) and work with the Chief Lead for all union related matters that impacts bargainable staff as and when activated.
• Work closely with Group Finance on annual budget planning and assumptions for Non-Medical family groups.
• Participate in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities at the Group HR level as required

Total Rewards

• For Non Medical family groups, be a strong partner with the Group HR teams managing the annual performance management exercise from moderation to planning rewards framework. This includes managing timelines for annual compensation rewards (increment and bonuses)
• Prepare data/analysis, design compensation levers for review with Senior Management
• Anchor Group Benefits reviews for Non Medical family groups, including annual group insurance reviews.

As a senior level enterprise and cloud architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure and cloud solutions for UOBAM Group. Your activities will involve formulating enterprise architecture and cloud strategies, create reusable and robust design patterns or frameworks and providing solution architecture guidance and support to our applications.

• Collaborate with internal application, security, and infrastructure architects to develop public cloud architectural designs for cloud migration for appointed Cloud Services Providers (CSP(s)) that are scalable, reliable and within budget.
• Provide cloud architecture, technical guidance and adopt best practice solutions to project teams across CSP(s) and internal technology teams.
• Ensure implementation of proper controls and governance according to architecture designs on CSP(s) and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Develop platform automation solutions with cloud engineers using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and ARM Templates.
• Advocate for and implement cloud best practices to optimize cost, performance, and security across CSP(s).
• Lead and implement proof of concept projects on CSP(s).
• Stay updated on new public cloud services and capabilities from CSP(s) and any new regulations such as MAS TRM and Cloud Guidelines.
• Ensure robust documentation for all cloud architecture and guidelines for development and operational teams.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of the cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimize infrastructure performance and security.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT infrastructure and developing cloud architecture designs on AWS, GCP, and/or Azure in the financial industry.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
• Proficiency in landing zone design, cloud migration initiatives and native cloud services on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Proficiency and aware of current requirements and policies of regulators for cloud migration or implementation such as MAS TRM, BNM RMIT, etc.
• Experience with cloud security and compliance requirements
• Experience in software development, DevOps, and networking.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab
• Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Hands-on ability and willing to actively participate in all infrastructure, cloud and related activities.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
