Job Description

• Experience in analyzing of various processes barriers and using TPM methodology to drive improvements and inspection to support operations
• Candidates with Black Belt or Master Black Belt in Lean / Six Sigma will have added advantage
• Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal relations and deep passion for driving product quality are essential

• Manage a portfolio of SME audit clientele
• Ensure the audit engagements are carried out in accordance with the Firm's policies and procedures and with approved professional standards;
• Direct the performance of the work and resolve technical matters;
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new business development opportunities

Requirements:

• A recognised degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualifications
• Relevant experience of delivering audit and other assurance services in large/mid-tier international public accounting firms
• Posses practicing certificate or ready for practicing certificate application
• Strong technical skills
• Possess an initiative and analytical mind
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the businesses of MUJI Singapore
• Ensure that the company constantly moves towards achieving short-term and long-term goals
• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals and target of the Board of Directors
• To prepare and present reports in Japanese language for the Board of Directors in Japan Head office
• To communicate constantly with the Board of Directors in Japan

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• More than 10 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of the global business environment
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Good communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Japanese languages
