1. Planning and implimentation for Human Resources Strategies:
Work with the Japanese headquarters and each group company in Asia to develop a human
resources strategy based on business goals across Asia.
Identify business priorities for the Singapore subsidiary and develop a human resources strategy based on those priorities.
Reviewing and improvement for Human Resources Strategies:
2. Review and adjust HR strategy:
Regularly review and adjust HR strategy to meet changing business needs and market trends. Conduct analysis and evaluation taking into account the changing talent needs of the organization, the latest talent management trends in the industry, changes in employee capabilities and performance, etc.
3. Formulate and implement HR policies:
Formulate HR policies such as human resource development, recruitment, promotion, and retention, and create implementation plans.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry
• Experience in human resources management (especially global mobility and succession planning)
• Practical experience in human resources and labor management
• Experience working in human resources outside of Asia (e.g., the United States, Europe)
• Experience in work outside of human resources (e.g., business strategy, alliance management, sales) is preferred
• Ability to review and adjust strategies to meet changing business needs and market trends
• Team building, leadership, negotiation skills, vendor management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-directed work style to achieve organizational goals
• English proficiency CEFR: B2 or above
• Strong business-level Japanese conversation ability is preferred as there will be a lot of communication with the headquarters in Japan
• Candidates with few job changes are preferred
