Job Requirements
1. A full-time bachelor's degree or above, major in architecture or interior design, candidates with overseas study or work experience will be given priority;
2. More than 8 years of experience in hotel interior design and more than 3 years of project management experience, with experience in leading large-scale projects to completion;
3. Possess an international design concept, have a strong sense of design touch and creative design or scheme creation ability, as well as the ability to deepen design;
4. Strong ability to grasp design effects, have a strong design concept and unique artistic insights, able to carry out targeted spatial design according to different customer needs;
5. Have excellent project reporting experience.

• Develop strong annual marketing / product calendar that resonate with customers and enable brand to achieve budgeted target.
• Regularly review and revise marketing programs and product range / menu to best suit customer & market conditions.
• Develop full understanding of Dine In store segmentation and develop appropriate programs to increase customer count.

Description of the mission

Safran Nacelles has an ambitious business development plan in the field of services in the Asia and China region with a strong growth of the A320NEO LEAP 1A fleet, a very large A330CEO and A330NEO fleet as well as the entry into service of the C919 that will be supported by the establishment of a new MRO workshop in China by mid 2023.

In this context, we are looking for a South East Asia Sales Director to develop and ensure a good business relationship with Airlines/MRO customers in this region, with the combined objectives of a good commercial execution of current contracts, the settlement of commercial topics and the development of aftersales revenues according to the commercial strategy and objectives including among other things the sale of Services contracts.

To do this:

- Defines and understands customer needs and transcribes them internally

- Is the company’s interface with the customer on commercial matters in connection with the execution of sales/services or contract negotiations

- Is responsible of the leadtime of company’s answers to changes/claims and other commercial requests raised by customers

- Define budget for the region

- Engage customer on commercial talks

- Ensures that all product deliveries and/or performed services are invoiced

- Establishes the services sales prices when escalation is applied - Is a major player in the collection of invoices issued

Additional description

Interfaces with the Legal Department for any questions regarding changes or establishment of new business (Service Contracts). In general, this position is a key interface between the local teams and the various company departments in France involved in the construction, negotiation and finalization of offers and contracts. As a real driver, you know how to mobilize around a project.

This position with a high business development at stakes involves frequent travel in the South East Asia region.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree with more than 5-10 years of experience. This position requires a profile with strong interpersonal skills and experience in the South East Asia region. Very good communicator, you are very familiar with customer relationship and especially the world of airlines. A technical background and rapid adaptation to the product (Nacelles) is expected as well as a demonstrated experience in the sale of Services. Team player and leader you already have a first experience in a multi-cultural environment. Persuasiveness and negotiation will be real assets for this position.

What You Will Do

• Banking and FI relationship management: manage all our banking and FI relationships worldwide and bridge between banking and FI partners and internal teams (product, compliance, legal etc.) to drive strategic initiatives and projects
• Treasury investment management: manage both client money (e-money & stablecoins) and corporate funds investment adhere to regulation and company’s mandate. Actively improve yield generation and mange risk properly.
• Treasury system enhancement: work with product team to enhance and automate current process. Generate regular treasury reports to be presented to senior management.
• Cash and liquidity management: manage both our fiat and stablecoin liquidities to fulfill clients needs and regulatory requirements.
• Business and product support: work with internal teams to provide insights for liquidity, margin and risk management.
• Risk management: be the key person to drive excellencies in liquidity, interest rate, foreign exchange and counterparty risk management.

Who We’re Looking For

• Holds a bachelor degree or above in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics, CFA or FRM holder will be a plus.
• At least 8 years of working experience in a treasury function with good understanding or experiences of digital asset landscape.
• Previous experience of managing multiple banking relationships and covenants.
• Understanding and experience of treasury operations including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.
• Advanced excel/spreadsheet skills and have hands-on experiences with various TMS.
• Have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Established ability to organize, analyze and interpret large data sets to explain irregularities or trends.
