The Card Product group manages the deployment and optimization of Visa’s core products base consisting of Credit, Debit and Prepaid payments solutions globally. The team is also responsible for the development and deployment of innovation across this product suite. To do this, we work in close partnership with Visa clients and key internal and external stakeholders across the globe. We are also the team responsible for leading the transition of conventional card-based solutions onto digital form factors, ensuring Visa payments solutions remain the market-leading way for consumers to spend their money and manage their payments across Visa’s global regions.

Director, Credit Product Management (AP) does at Visa:

Reporting to the Head of Core Product Management, AP, the role-holder will be responsible for initiatives across three broad areas of responsibility:

Credit Product best practices, leading identification, development and execution of Credit product best practices to drive improvements in usage, activation and preference for Visa amongst issuers and consumers

Drive credit innovation, through leadership for the AP region, of initiatives within the Visa 2030 strategy to expand Credit across traditional credit card issuance and the provision of credit outside of credit card issuance

• Ensure outstanding (live) and matured deals are filed and reported in their respective designated records.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly transaction fee billing reports.
• Compile and submit MAS S$ weekly transactions report (MAS 755) to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in a timely manner.

4. Account Management and Customer Support:

• Oversee the process of account opening and creation, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Support Internet Banking customers with account management queries and resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in payment settlement operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the banking or payment industry.
• Strong understanding of payment processing methods, including Diners, Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets, IPP, BNPL, and other payment ecosystems.
• Solid knowledge of financial operations, remittance transaction processing, and accounting entry.
• Experience in AML checks, compliance, and reporting processes.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and perform with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in financial reporting and analysis, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

Language Proficiency
