Requirements:

• Diploma in visual communication or related fields
• ‍Ideally 1 Year of relevant experience on social media, preferably in the E-commerce or the Food & Beverage industry
• Familiar with use of social media I.e. Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook
• Constantly in touch with the latest trends, viral topics and have a creative mind
• Strong photography & videography skills
• Proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and video editing softwares

Senior Art Director

We are looking for a hands-on, digital native with a breadth of design capabilities and a finger on the pulse of pop culture to join our Creative team. You’ll be responsible for ideating and implementing brand, editorial, and marketing programs, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working closely with the brand, creative and marketing teams. This role will have the emphasis on the craft of Graphic Design to consistently create powerful and memorable visual narratives.

Role: 

• Be the brand and design expert in the team for a leading video streaming service; shape and maintain brand ethos at every touchpoint with a relentless eye for craft.
• Participate in full-scale integrated campaigns from concept to completion. This will include creating and producing work involving photography, illustration, animation, digital, and experiential.
• Designing Campaign Playbook: identifying look & feel, setting the tone and design principles, and developing a visual identity system for campaigns that can be adopted in different APAC markets. 
• Hands-on design development in collaboration with Creative Leads and creative consultants within the team
• Ensure quality and timely creative production and communication with creative teammates, stakeholders, and external clients.
• Sell in design thinking and principles by inspiring a senior group and motivating the audience internally and externally.
• Ensure that deliverables adhere to the strategic brief, the brand’s vision and intention. 
• Operate as both an individual contributor and a cross-functional team player.
• Champion the user (both content creators and viewers/fans) in all your design rationales. Ensuring that your creative decisions are based on user behaviour and insights.

You:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in creative studios (in-house or agency) with a focus on branding or graphic design.
• Award-worthy portfolio with world-class design sensibilities.
• Deep interest in various pop cultures and diverse communities.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced workplace - the ability to visualise a range of solutions iteratively.
• Ability to understand business and brand priorities and translate them to hands-on design solutions.
• Led projects and experienced in working on regional campaigns
• Familiarity with production process and terminology; comprehension of graphic design, digital marketing, and advertising.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects spanning across JAPAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help create and design presentation decks based on the information and project details provided in the creative brief.
• Craft out pitch decks and proposals to prospecting / new clients from the business team
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs, project details, and marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives.
• Ensure that the brand tone, message and aesthetics is consistent throughout the deck
• Transform data, content, and creative briefs into clean, well-organized, and visually appealing presentations.
• Assist in preparing presentations for new business pitches and client-facing meetings.
• To improve the presentation experience by using multimedia elements such as images, video, and animation
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Manage several projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to convey complex ideas in simple and visually appealing formats.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience working in a creative agency or with client pitches is a plus.
