Job Description:

· Maintaining and updating of data records, filing of documents, inventories etc.

· Preparation of resources for the teaching of Art, English, and other Departments (where applicable) and the General Office.

Assist in any administrative and operations dutiesas assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders

Job Requirements:

· At least 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes including English.

· Good communication and inter-personal skills

· Good team player

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application

At least have 2 years of experience working in a school environment.

Working Arrangement；

Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 4.30pm

Fridays: 7.30am to 4.00pm

Contract Period: From 30 April 2024 to 30 June 2025.

Working Location： Fajar Road
