• Develop and conceptualize content and campaigns focused on increasing brand awareness and customer engagement across channels
• Develop, manage and execute campaigns focused on increasing traffic and sales across e-commerce marketplaces including our own (Axquisite), Shopee, Lazada, FairPrice Online, Qoo10, Amazon, GrabMart and others
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the company’s website and e-commerce marketplaces while ensuring all content (pages, products and prices) are accurately displayed
• Research, analyse and present new and innovative ways to approach and execute social content
• Stay current with changes and advances in social media and advise on new channels and approaches to adopt
• Support in the creation of artwork and content (photos and videos) for our social channels
• SEO and SEM, research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
• Attend to customers' emails, enquires, messages on all social media platforms and administrative matters
• Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and promptly
• Prepare and generate quotations, orders, invoices and coordinate logistics
• Day-to-day operations (including but not limited to packing and dispatching of parcels)
• Monitor products and quality checks, stock take and inventory records
• Ensure the accuracy of recorded transactions derived from source documents

• At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing position with a track record, preferably for digital/e-business brand
• Experience in e-commerce operations/similar is preferred
• Adept in Canva, Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads & Google Suite will be a plus
• Excellent communication skills and CRM
• Quick thinking and problem-solving attitude in tackling obstacles that may compromise on workflow, capacity and/or quality
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately
• Strong computer skills to include MS Office, web-based systems, and social media

• Identifies product improvement or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level

Experience, Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Min. 1 year outdoor sales (B2B) experience.
• Experience servicing hair salons would be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with proper guidance.
• Able to converse bilingually with client.
• Energetic and enjoy meeting people, possess good business etiquette.
• Must be highly organised, flexible, goal-oriented and results driven.
• Must have your own car.

• Represent customer on quality, safety, and accountability
• Communicate timely information to SCM and QA
• Manage complaints, report root cause, and follow-up
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflow practices
• Lead continuous quality improvement with suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in quality related field with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior working experience in food packaging industry.
