Key Responsibilities

CMP Portfolio (Credit Quality Checks and Onboarding Checks)

• Checks on Account Onboarding documents to prevent Compliance errors such as error in Name Screening and CDD Questionnaires.
• Handle any ad-hoc projects / meetings / discussions pertaining to credit risk and asset quality matters.
• Ensure Credit Reviews are completed as per SLA.
• Conduct quality control checks on credit application submission (reviews and NTB)

Audit Matters and Compliance Matters

• Ensure timely assessment and submission of Risk related reporting (KRI, KCT, LDC).

• Assist in implementation and manage control / checking process to ensure department is compliance to existing policy, guideline and regulations

The Pest Control Technician will assists the management of Pest Control operation duties as directed by the manager. This includes managing resources, work procedure and work incidents. The candidate is also required to improve work processes and service quality for the organization and clients as part of his role in performing operational duties.

Responsibilities

• Conducting daily AML assessments and approval of KYC reviews for new and existing customers, at normal and enhanced due diligence level in line with AML policies and HO memoranda.
• Reviewer and approver for updates to customer information in KYC system.
• Interpreting and analysing KYC data to accurately risk access new and existing clients, making sound judgement calls in terms of escalation and risk mitigation.
• Conducting daily AML assessments of screening alerts in line with AML policies and HO memoranda, and to advice Front Office on issues in these reviews or transactions.
• Function as a subject matter expert on AML related issues, providing guidance to others where required, providing advice on customer due diligence that is risk based and proportionate, in accordance with regulatory guidance.
• Embed and improve the client screening process and adapt it to new technology as required.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree

The role is for the position of VP – identity and Access Management Systems within Information Technology Department under Asian Systems Office.

The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic regional team that is in charge of IT development and support functions for the APAC region. This role provides oversees development and maintenance of ASO’s Identity and Access Management System (IAMS).

Responsibilities

• Perform AML monitoring/review on Trade post-transaction files.

Security Executive

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Report for duty as per schedule in roster and be in attendance for the daily 15 minutes pre and post shift briefing

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Supply Chain/ Logistic or other relevant courses

· Proven 5 years and above experience in procurement or supply chain management within the Food Catering industry.

· Strong knowledge of food products, ingredients, and supply chain dynamics within the Food Catering industry.

· Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing procurement processes.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Management

• Head the entire team at Eatz Group of Companies
• Planning and development of menus and recipes to maximise efficiencies, cost-effectiveness and whilst keeping bottom-lines healthy (Daily Menus, Special Occasions. etc)
• Advise management and ensure updated cooking technics, food-production processes to improve the overall productivity.
• Attend management meetings, plan daily briefings
• Attend to client’s feedbacks and communicate upwards to ensure a high level of staff satisfaction.
• Control and monitor the optimum food cost to yield the maximum amount of outlet profit and maximum guest satisfaction.
• Create exciting seasonal, trendy yet executable & sustainable menus, daily specials and promotional activities.

Kitchen Operations

• Proactive and practical approach (hands-on) to managing situations
• Handle overall kitchen operations in the central kitchens.
• Oversee service standards relating to catering, special large-scale events.
• Manage & ensure that inventory levels and quality by placing orders based on projected demand; and upon delivery, check to ensure quality of delivered supplies.
• Ensure safe operations and proper upkeep of all equipment.

Human Resource

• Lead by example a team of kitchen staff in planning & executing daily work in the central kitchen.
• Schedule and coordinate the work of chefs, cooks and other kitchen employees - staff management work schedule, leave arrangement, recruitment and others.
• Manages and trains the kitchen staffs effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team.

Quality & Health

• Ensure to meet the quality standards and presentation of all food items.
• Ensure the consistency in food quality of all the dishes and make sure that all dishes end products are quality-controlled for its taste, quality and safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure consistent preparation during food production processes. Compliance with ISO22000 certification and Hygiene & Safety Regulations (HSE) set by the Government, the company.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Directors and the COO.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years’ experience of working experience of at least Head Chef (Catering Industry or Banqueting min >3,000 meals).
• Experience with Cook & Chill Cooking Methods and/or R&D experience would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities with a mindset of being a mentor for the kitchen team.
• Positive with a can-do attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays, as needed, 6-day work week.
• Possess WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification. Possess higher food certifications would be an advantage.
• Able to learn and adapt swiftly. Computer literate and/or IT-savvy.

Job Description:

• Keep a record of accounts receivable, and subsequently issue invoice and statement promptly. Chase payment whenever it is not received on time. Control exposure to bad debt losses
• Reply to all the customers’ inquiries relating to the payment terms and request for special billing.
• Responsible for timely and accurate billing of all group master accounts.
• Responsible for posting daily City Ledger payments, and balancing of the daily audits. Process all advance deposit refunds and credit card refunds.
• Follow all hotel policy and procedure pertaining to the Accounts Receivable and Credit Policy.
• Assist in the verifications of credit worthiness of existing debtors and new credit requests, in particular the system of reference and substantiation of a debtor's standing.
• Investigate customer's credit worthiness by research through various available sources and to recommend credit approval or disapproval to the Management
• Handle all credit requests and queries from in-house guests. Set and continuously review credit limits for both In-House Guests and City Ledger Account.
• To check that the invoices collected are reflected correctly in the Daily City Ledger Posted.
• Report in the Opera system in terms of amount billed, guest name & account no. Transfer all the invoices from Front Office data to its respective accounts from the Opera system.
• Invoices must be signed by the guest except for travel agents & airlines whereby the room rates are confidential. For travel agent & airlines, vouchers covering the period of stay should also be attached to the invoices.
• Supporting checks such as outlet bills, laundry bills, room service bills & others must be attached to the invoices. If not, the officer will have to find the supporting documents from the income audit department.
• Follow up with Sales & Reservations Department if there is a variance in the room rates charged. As for the meeting & function bills, the officer has to check with the Catering Sales Dept.
• Validate all commission requests before handing over to AP for payment process. Ensure that the rates given to guests are commissionable, taking note any shortage of stay, cancellations or no-shows before approving the commission.
• Daily reconcile all credit card payments against Opera and post the corresponding credit card commission and bank charges timely.
• Understand and check that ALL Rewards are billed to and paid by Accor accurately and timely.
• Check the validity of PM rooms and follow up to clear the PM rooms on a daily basis.
• Maintain proper filing procedures & file documents into the correct folders.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks being assigned by the management.
