We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our team, supporting sales operations and customer service in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) sector. The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, coordinate orders, and build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage and maintain relationships with key customers.
* Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely deliveries.
* Serve as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams.
* Gather and relay customer feedback for product/service improvements.
* Support and guide new customers through onboarding and sales processes.
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance customer engagement.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
*Job Requirements*
* Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Experience in sales support or customer service, preferably in food supply or the HORECA sector.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
* Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and vendors.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to work on Sundays and alternate Saturdays, as required by business needs.
