About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient professional to join our team as Membership Relations and Administration. This role, which offers an 80% work-from-home arrangement, involves a broad range of responsibilities focusing on secretarial, administration, membership coordination and project management. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Secretarial and Administration

• Supporting the Executive Director and the board of directors of FBN Asia.
• Secretarial responsibilities on organising quarterly board meetings, minutes, and follow up on action items with board members.
• Administrative duties including coordinating with accounting, corporate secretary and legal team to ensure proper documentations and follow up on necessary due diligence relating to compliance and country guidelines and laws

2. Membership Support

• Coordination of membership application, renewals, payments and documentations
• Oversee onboarding process for new members and introduction to the network
• Coordination of countries events with committee team, which includes sourcing for venues, creating invitations, and managing RSVP through membership tool.

3. Tool and reports

• Management of membership tool: Glueup and board management tool: Convene
• Manage the membership database and provide data/reports

4. Project and Event Management

• Manage operational aspects of regional events like Family Retreat and Regional Convention, sourcing for venues, coordination with vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in
• Proven experience in administration, governance, or related field.
• Savy with digital application/ tools such as glueup and Convene
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficiency in [relevant software/tools].

Job Description:

· Handle patient enquiries, registration of patients, making of appointment

· Cashier duties which includes reconciliation of daily cash collection, preparing bank-in lists and depositing of cheques and cash

· Dispensing medication as per prescription including simple stock take on a regular basis

· Assist physicians such as preparation of room and apparatus, general housekeeping for the clinic
