Operations Executive/ Logistic Assistant/Event Coordinator

Working Days: Mon to Fri, 10AM to 7PM

Salary: $2,100 - $2,600

Overview

• To coordinate closely with stakeholders, clients & team members to support client’s IT VM requirements

Responsibilities

• Support in the rectification & deployment of high value display products
• Ensure and support in the deployment of marketing collaterals in stores when required
• Assist and act on any issues pertaining to store displays and POSM placement
• Manage marketing & visual merchandising inventory
• Draft & submit monthly billing invoices with supporting documents to Account Manager for approval
• Ad hoc Tasks as required: Event & Roadshow support, distribution of premiums to retailers
• Work closely with the team and facilitate the completion of projects & drive towards organization’s goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Work experience in visual merchandising, IT Retail advantageous but not crucial
• 5 Day Work Week (10am – 7pm). May be required to work paid OT beyond stipulated working hours to support urgent events, roadshows or deployments

Volunteer Management

• Provide support in the overall aspect of the volunteer management programme (Recruitment, Training and Retention) at town level
• Support the development of framework and training curriculum for existing and new volunteers
• Coordinates, nurtures, sustains and motivates volunteers
• Organise and provide support in events including formal or informal recognition, reward programmes, and appreciation events for volunteers
• Document and monitor outcomes
• Maintain and update Volunteer Programme materials (such as applications, policies and procedures, volunteer handbook, etc)
• Support all secretariat work and reports of the volunteer programmes to management, internal and external stakeholders

• To perform financial analysis including financial spreading, credit review/rating and periodic covenants checks of assigned Japanese corporate clients
• To assess the credit proposals/rating applications put up by Marketing
• To be alert to the economic and business environment that might lead to any credit issues arising for the accounts assigned

Job Requirements

• Recognised degree, degree in business, accountancy or economics would be advantageous
• At least 2 years of corporate credit experience within the banking / financial institutions industry (Analyst)
• At least 4 years of corporate credit experience within the banking / financial institutions industry (AVP)
• Other qualities sought include good time management skills, strong initiative skills, ability to work in a team-oriented environment and good Microsoft Office skills.
• JLPT-N1 level preferred due to coverage of Japanese corporate clients
