Job Description:

• Responsible for FSMS (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, HALAL) monitoring
• Consistent monitoring of quality and specification of product during processing
• Perform inspection for incoming material and outgoing finished product
• Recording and maintaining data for QC information
• Collect samples for product testing
• Report to the department lead on nonconforming products or processes detected

Requirement:

• Physically fit to work in cold room environments with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 and/or Level 3 certification preferred, familiarity with food/seafood handling and processing is a plus.
