As a member of the Control and Instrumentation team, you will be responsible for executing maintenance work on instrumentation and control systems in the power plant effectively, efficiently, and to comply with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out repair and rectification of equipment failure and malfunction. Test and recommissioning of rectified system or equipment
• Carry out the overhaul, inspection, calibration, servicing program during plant scheduled outage.
• Implement modification, upgrading, and installation plans for plant system and equipment for enhancement, availability, and reliability improvement.
• Maintains detailed work reports, spreadsheets, graphs, plots on computer-based software (Maximo, MS Word, and MS Excel)
• Assist Engineers and Technical Officers in the maintenance work

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support the Business Unit Head of our Steel division. The successful candidate will manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense claims, and visa processing, to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Travel Coordination:
   Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
   Manage travel itineraries and ensure alignment with schedules.
   Handle travel-related issues or changes promptly.
2. Expense Management:
   Process and verify expense claims for the Business Unit Head.
   Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records of expenses.
3. Visa and Documentation Support:
   Coordinate and process visa applications for business travel.
   Manage and maintain valid travel documents, including passports and work permits.
4. Administrative Support:
   Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
   Maintain an organized filing system for documentation and correspondence.

5. Office Management:

Opening and maintaining New Account Coverage which includes:

• Engaging new customers and maintaining customer relationship
• Preparing presentation slides and present to customer when necessary

To participate in Bids and win new contracts on behalf of the Organization

Responsible for end to end fulfilment of orders including:

• Prepare quotations, cost sheets and PRs and ensure POs are raised and sent to vendors
• Prepare delivery orders and arrange delivery with vendors and customers
• Prepare monthly / quarterly reports and billing reports
• Send monthly billing reports to customers and work with customers to ensure billing reports are accurate before informing accounts to process the invoices
• Follow up with customers on quotations, POs and payments
• Enter data into Enterprise System
• Handle technical and RMA requests
• Ensure accuracy and accountability for all the above

Maintain relationship with partners / vendors to ensure smooth operations including:

• Negotiate for best pricing, review terms and conditions, SLAs and payment terms
• Working with customers, partners / vendors and all stakeholders to prepare for ITQ and be responsible for all work related to the ITQ submission
• Work with partners / vendors for marketing programs and events including consolidating customer database, running EDMs and contacting customers.

Stay informed about our focus products and projects including:

• Consistently engage customers and handle all sales enquiries
• Able to explain/demonstrate features of the focus products
• Able to formulate backend, operational and billing processes and work out plans to provide backend and billing support for the projects.

Able to identify sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls to customers and understand customer needs/requirements and ensure smooth sales process.

Education / Experience:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implements appropriate control measurements in accordance with QECP Design
• Ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager and QECP on the ECM Plan
• Proper documentation of all EHS records, certificates, notices and official related EHS correspondence
• Organize HSE promotion and health campaigns
• Assist Safety Officer in planning and directing the HSE functions

Requirements

• Must be NEA Registered ECO
• Registered ECO with more than 3 years post-registration and relevant practical experience in Civil Engineering Construction works with LTA Projects
• Good knowledge of Government Regulations relating to Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental
• Preferred to have experience in managing OHSAS 18K, ISO 14K, ISO9K

Your Role

• Perform checks on the structural, architectural and M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections
• Monitor the performance of subcontractor workers for all trades and ensure any defects are properly rectified
• To participate, work closely and give support to safety personnel at site on all initiatives/ matters relating to Safety and Health
• To comply with the Company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving
