Job Purpose:
Responsible for maintenance of IT infrastructure. Coordinate and implement new systems to expand existing infrastructure
Job Responsibilities:
1) Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration, upgrading and
2) Manage computer networks and related computing environments on systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
3) Provide daily support to user and operation system platform.
4) Documentation of all the IT assets, user information, phone lines, data lines and software licenses and maintenance.
5) Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measure.
6) Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
7) Managing of IT assets and assists in decision making on acquiring IT assets.
8) Setting up all the IT requirements which includes PC, Copier Machines, required software and the applications pertaining to the respective department.
9) Email configuration – creating email IDs for the new staffs, taking backup of the outlook files, adding additional email accounts in accordance to internal procedure.
10) Monitor server infrastructure and application full data and system backup, load balancing web server
11) Explores, installs, maintains and constantly monitors the F&B POS system and booking system including the mobile app features to ensure operations are at its optimal level.
12) Assists the IT Manager in the implementation of any new system and technology that will improve work processes and member experience.
13) Assist the IT Manager in overseeing operation in his absence to ensure immediate attention is provided.
14) Others:
· Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.
· Not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger yourself or others working around you.
· Use personal protective equipment provided to you to ensure your safety while working. You must not tamper with or misuse the equipment.
15) Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma
· Graduates with no working experience are welcome to apply
· Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
· Good interpersonal and communications skills
· Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
· Ability to identify issues, recommend and implement strategies to resolve problems and manage issues effectively
