Job Description:

• Excellent written and oral communications skills and be comfortable coordinating tasks across multiple functions and global locations
• Able to quickly learn new concepts, processes and systems
• Proactive in sourcing for new supplies, select and negotiate for the best purchase package, in terms of quality, price, terms and, deliveries and services with suppliers for existing and new projects.
• Liaise with suppliers to address technical issues.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor products delivery
• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and follow up on PO, delivery and schedule
• Internal and external communication and coordination
• Maintain procurement records, including details on purchased items or services, costs, delivery timelines, product quality or performance, and inventory levels
• Analyze the requirements for supplies, raw materials, and equipment needed to support production and other internal departments
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Semiconductor Industry or Precision Industry.
• Good negotiation, interpersonal, communications and coordination skills
• Diploma / Degree in Supply chain / purchasing/engineering or equivalents
• Detailed oriented, Positive attitude, self motivated, target drive
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good understanding of procurement best practices & industry trends
• Processes the ability to read, write and communicate in Mandarin with Chinese-speaking vendors and internal Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Self-starter with good initiative and a team player personality

Job Duties:

• Provide full spectrum of HR function including recruitment and selection, on-board and off-boarding, training, performance management and employee relations
• Recruitment and interview process
• Process work pass applications and renewals
• Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, Assist in review of HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
• Maintain & up-keep on employee P-file
• Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering guidance and resolving HR-related issues. Deliver human resource (HR) advisory and consultancy services management and staff to meet their requirements.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Complete required HR-related surveys for government agencies, address workplace safety issues, prepare incident reports, and file work injury claims with MOM.

• Assist in the implementation of training programs.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

3-5 year of relevant experience in both HR and administrative roles preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software

Ability to multitask and manage confidential information with discretion.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual in English and Chinese

Salary range: SGD 3,000 - 3,300

5-day work week, Monday to Friday
