Responsibility

• Promptly assess and set credit limits for customers, or apply limits from trade credit insurers/import factors.
• Send notifications and update system records accurately.
• Verify debts and manage overdue accounts to minimize risk and support funding efforts.
• Develop strong customer relationships to enhance lead generation.
• Handle reporting and manage all aspects of credit insurance, including payments for fees and premiums.
• Improve processes and contribute to system upgrades.

Requirement

• Min Diploma in Finance, Business or Accountancy
• Min 1 year of experience in credit assessment and credit control management.
• Strong analytical skills and strong focus on risk-control.
• Experience Trade Credit Insurance and FCI’s GRIF rules will be added advantage

Duties:

• Implement and monitor credit control procedures, ensuring timely payment and resolving outstanding balances.
