- Reports to Safety Manager
- Provide administrative support such as data-entry, documentation, printing and filing for HSE team
- Arrange internal and external training and update HSE training matrix
- Manage and distribute HSE documents
- Receive HSE Audit reports and follow up with the closeout of audit action items
- Establish and maintain HSE registers, databases and statistical data entry
- Assist in the compilation of monthly reports and submissions
- Compile and prepare reports on weekly and monthly basis
- Ensure HSE Management filing system is maintained and up to date
- Assist WSHO to act as Deputy Secretary to write down minutes in HSE Committee meeting
- Support WSHO in corporate, internal and external Audits i.e. in handling Audit logistics
- Ad-hoc duties assign by WSHO/WSHC
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Aconex and CMS Safety Software Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Location : Punggol (Near MRT)
