Roles available
We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and entrepreneurial members to be part of the Quantuma Singapore team. Quantuma Singapore is looking for an Associate to manage and deliver complex, cross-border restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception to closure.
Primary Responsibilities
· Manage and execute complex cross border restructuring and insolvency engagements, particularly across Quantuma offices
· Work closely with senior management to create value for clients in high-stakes, distressed situations
· Critically analyse financial information and business requirements to produce turnaround strategies
· Produce high-quality client written content and verbal updates and presentations
Qualifications & Experience
· Professionally qualified – CA/CFA/CPA/ACA/ACCA
· 0 - 2 years relevant experience (Associate)
· Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills
· Tenacious and willing to travel (where possible)
Reporting
Report to the Managing Director in the Singapore Office or Managing Directors in other Quantuma offices on cross-border assignments.
