*Job Responsibilities:*
*Administrative Management:*
* Oversee daily operations and management of the kindergarten to ensure smooth functioning.
* Develop and implement kindergarten policies and procedures in compliance with government regulations and standards.
*Staff Management:*
* Recruit, train, and manage teaching and administrative staff, fostering a positive work environment.
* Regularly evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and guidance to promote professional development.
*Curriculum Management:*
* Supervise and guide the development and implementation of the curriculum, ensuring quality and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with the teaching team to create and adjust educational plans to meet children's needs.
*Parent Communication:*
* Establish and maintain good relationships with parents, regularly hold parent meetings, and provide progress reports on children.
* Address and resolve parent feedback and complaints, ensuring parent satisfaction.
*Financial Management:*
* Oversee budget planning and financial management of the kindergarten, ensuring reasonable use of funds.
* Review and manage expenditures to ensure financial health.
*Safety and Hygiene Management:*
* Ensure a safe and hygienic environment in the kindergarten, complying with relevant laws and regulations.
* Regularly inspect facilities and equipment, addressing safety hazards promptly.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field, with relevant early childhood education certifications.
* At least 3 years of experience in a kindergarten, including 3 or more years in a management role.
* Familiarity with Singapore's early childhood education regulations and policies.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for early childhood education, with a high sense of responsibility and patience.
