  5. Financial Management: Setting and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are in place. Maximizing revenue through effective pricing strategies and promotions.
  6. Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as liquor laws and regulations. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area.
  7. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers and increase bar sales. This may involve social media management, promotions, and events planning.
