- Acquire deep product knowledge on company products including but not limited to Wiring Devices, Intercom, Office Solutions, Lighting Control System, Smart Exit Light, Guest Room Management system
- Promote list of Unique Selling Point (USP) for the company systems (Residential and Commercial)
- Promote the company Product line through solid sales presentation, and together with Marketing through events and networking sessions
- Responsible for preparing concept proposals, & specifications (The company name and/or USP of the company solutions should appears in the specifications during the tendering stage)
- Develop a clear understanding of the company Product line and provide training (internal and external) when required
- Promote the selling points of the company Product lines
- Understand the profile and buying needs of specifiers and expand the company business
- Developing and increasing new specifiers base and business
- Responsible for preparing concept proposal, specifications, budgetary quotations
- Conduct weekly sales visits to Developers, Engineering Companies, Architects, Consultants, Interior Designer, Office manufacturers and provide weekly sales visit report in Salesforce
- All project management and specification to be monitored using Salesforce
- Work closely with Business Developers projects to ensure close order after specification have been done
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
