About the Job:

Successful candidate will have the responsibility of overseeing the progress for documents control for Structural/Architectural documents/drawings and general submission for the project against the given schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the documents control for Structural/Architectural documents/drawings and general submissions
2. Required to manage the registry for documents/drawings submission such as transmittal, letter, RFI, Master Drawing List and sample/Catalogues Submission Register
3. To maintain softcopy of submission/drawings for Construction in the common server and prepare hardcopy for Construction to site staff and sub-con
4. To ensure proper recording received from Consultants and submission of documents on daily basis
5. To ensure that all documents are updated to latest versions for issuance to Client/Consultant/Sub-Contractors

Requirements:

• Experience in document control / administrative role for construction projects is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar job scope
• Able to work independently and get along with others
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
• 5 working days contract

Tampines Construction Site Office (company transport pick up from Khatib, Tampines & Punggol MRT)

Quality Controller (QC) contributes to the production operations by executing general manufacturing and packaging tasks to ensure that manufactured and quality checked products are packed and ready for delivery.

Job Description

• Ensure that the quality of all finished products are in alignment with the management’s / ISO standards as well as the QC checklist
• Maintain integrity, accuracy and completeness of QC data and records.
• Ensure the Operations Officer receives all void products in a timely manner.
• Ensure that workstations are neat, clean, tidy and in accordance to packing SOPs.
• Ensure that products are prepared, cut and packed in accordance to company’s specifications and quality.
• Ensure that all residues are thoroughly removed from the products without damaging its condition & quality.
• Ensure that quality and quantity of the products are met at all times

Requirements

• Minimally GCE 'N' Levels
• 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector
• Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks
