The Accounts Officer is responsible for processing credit application, invoicing, debt collection, account receivable cashiering, reconciliation and month end requirement. Job Description & Requirements

• Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
• Perform daily administrative duties, including answering phone calls etc
• Provide general administrative & secretarial support to Project Manager
• Provide support to engineers in compiling report, drawings and project related documents for submission
• Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
• Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Arrange and attend meetings to record minutes and distribute minutes of meetings
• Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
• Securely backup all documentation
• Abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External)

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Minimum "N/O" level / Professional certificate
• Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience
• Experience dealing with LTA project preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, including Words and Excel
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and organized
• Good communication skills with all level and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Details-oriented, good coordinating skills.
• Fast learner, positive working attitude.

Quality Controller (QC) contributes to the production operations by executing general manufacturing and packaging tasks to ensure that manufactured and quality checked products are packed and ready for delivery.

Job Description

• Ensure that the quality of all finished products are in alignment with the management’s / ISO standards as well as the QC checklist
• Maintain integrity, accuracy and completeness of QC data and records.
• Ensure the Operations Officer receives all void products in a timely manner.
• Ensure that workstations are neat, clean, tidy and in accordance to packing SOPs.
• Ensure that products are prepared, cut and packed in accordance to company’s specifications and quality.
• Ensure that all residues are thoroughly removed from the products without damaging its condition & quality.
• Ensure that quality and quantity of the products are met at all times

Requirements

• Minimally GCE 'N' Levels
• 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector
• Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks
