- Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering clear and concise information about services and treatment options.
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
- Accurately handle patient registrations, gather required documents, and manage check-ins for both routine and urgent cases.
- Update and maintain precise patient records, as well as client information, as necessary.
- Keep clients informed about wait times, treatment progress, and other relevant updates during their visit.
- Oversee clinic paperwork, process payments, and ensure records are organized in compliance with hospital policies.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages professionally, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries.
- Prepare and manage billing and payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and administrative workspace.
- Help manage client flow efficiently, especially during busy periods or emergencies, to maintain high service standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the daily operations of the hospital, enhance patient care, and maintain excellent service delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience as a customer service officer or similar role in a Medical Clinic setting.
- A dedicated focus on delivering exceptional care to both animals and clients.
- Capable of performing efficiently under pressure in a high-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for effective teamwork and collaboration.
