Requirements:

• A strong ability to guide all 4 primary school subjects, namely Chinese, English, Math, and Science.
• Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude when facing challenges.
• A genuine love for working with children and a passion for nurturing their growth.
• Previous experience in teaching children, preferably at the primary level, is ideal.

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis; manage the welfare, discipline, and safety within the institution
• Able to establish appropriate and guiding relationships with residents and be good role models
• To be attentive and look into the well-being of residents by being available and accountable for their whereabouts when on duty
• To participate actively and take ownership of any additional primary/secondary portfolios assigned
• Ensure the safety and security of premises
