• Schedule patient appointments and registration
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
• Responsible for planning and maintaining clinical & service quality
• Registration of patients and provide customer service
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines
• Process of billing transactions under different government schemes
• Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
• Operate Clinic Management System
• Proficiency in managing insurance claims is preferred
• Able to translate between English and Mandarin for the doctors

Job Requirements:

• Singaporeans Only
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a clinical setting
• Good patient care and service attributes

Job Details:

• Orchard Area
• Up to $3,500 per month
• Staggered Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm or 8.45am to 6pm or 9am to 6.15pm, Sat 8am to 2pm
• Able to work every Saturday and will be entitled to ONE (1) weekday off-in-lieu weekly

• Degree and/or Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in a pre-school
• Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Experience in leading and managing the team in SPARK Accreditation process
